Akonfona Foundation
A charity and a Non – Governmental Organisation (NGO) that seeks to help people in rural areas, especially women, to acquire basic necessities of life through economic empowerment. Specifically, the foundation seeks to empower rural people, like peasant farmers and petty traders with the necessary vocational and entrepreneurship training, low interest credit or loans for what they do and thereby help them to be self-sufficient.
